Filthy, broken down, and disgusting. We were pretty disturbed at the dilapidated lobby but the worst was passing broken windows of several rooms on the way to our own. When we opened our room door, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke and was filthy and disgusting. We went back to the lobby,gave them the key cards, and fled. I didn't even care if I was given a refund. DO NOT BOOK.

Great staff, working hard. I'd read it was new management and hadn't been here in years, and indeed it's a new dedicated team. Great location to be affordable but quick highway access to downtown. Likewise, this used to be a rougher area, but seems to have cone up, feels perfectly safe. Clean room, nice hot shower.

I enjoyed the two men who checked me in during the evening hours and adore the whole place..one problem..I was charged twice by them and you so I paid 160 for an 80 dollar room. I really Need you to refund my money.
